Perl Convert Eol Script

There is now a simple drop&run Perl script to convert the companion CD sources from the spurious Mac-format files on the first printing's CD to the required Windows or Linux compliant end-of-line conventions.

The assumption is that perl is installed (and associated with .pl files) on your system. (Hmm... A further assumption is that we're talking about conversion in a folder on your harddisk :)
